The IP module Multi-Socket is a module embeddable, easy to add, allowing the system to communicate via the TCP/IP network. It can be used as communication master or as backup in case of network failure GSM/GPRS/3G, or PSTN.
The IP module Multi-Socket, used with the ProSYS™Plus or the LightSYS™ 2 (version above 5.0), allows communication simultaneous to multiple destinations, such as the RISCO Cloud, the direct communication in remote monitoring, the Follow-Me, the Configuration software and the SynopSYS.
By using the module 2G or 3G multi-socket with the IP module mulsti-socket, it is possible to have a redundancy of the communication Cloud.
The IP module uses protocols standard format (SIA, Contact ID) to send alerts to the monitoring centers by using the IP/GSM Receiver of RISCO, which connects the alarm systems management software, remote monitoring.
In addition, the system can send events in a protocol, SIA IP via TCP/IP to the customer monitoring centers that have receptors IP standards.
The IP module also allows you to send alerts emaill and information on the state of the system to the user.
The IP module enables remote programming of the central unit via the configuration software.
