How to make a product return as part of the withdrawal

Access your order history, from your account.

Select the order containing the product he/she wants to return.

Select the product(s) they want to return by checking the box next to their name(s).

Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if several quantities of the same product are to be returned).

Add an explanation (in the "Return of goods" section), so that you understand why the order is being returned.
